Tonight’s post isn’t so much a recipe as it is an excuse to announce the end of my unemployment! Rich made some delicious vegan pizza tonight with Vegan Gourmet mozzarella cheese that tastes much better melted than not:
I usually keep my work and writings separate but because some of y0u have been following my Recipes for Unemployment I thought I would give an update before separating the two again.
I am THRILLED to say that later this week I will be starting a new job for a dream company! Let’s just say I’ll be featuring more fantastic vegan products in the future!

Well I haven’t started yet and I don’t know their policies yet so I don’t want to risk getting in trouble before I start so I’m sure I will share soon! I will say that the CEO is a vegan too
