I have a couple of girl’s nights coming up and I felt like they called for something decadent and chocolate. I’ve been meaning to try this recipe for double chocolate chip cookies in the Vegan Girl’s Guide to Life but I’d been putting it off because I’m not very good at gooey cookies. I always panic that they aren’t cooked and then stick them back in the oven until they’re hard and crunchy.
This however looked promising, although from the looks of the batter I was afraid that I was entering Paula Dean territory- this has ALOT of chocolate in it:
The result was gooey chocolate heaven!
